Numeri 21:1

SV	Als de Kanaaniet, de koning van Harad, wonende tegen het zuiden, hoorde, dat Israël door den weg der verspieders kwam, zo streed hij tegen Israël, en hij voerde enige gevangenen uit denzelven gevankelijk weg.
WLC	וַיִּשְׁמַ֞ע הַכְּנַעֲנִ֤י מֶֽלֶךְ־עֲרָד֙ יֹשֵׁ֣ב הַנֶּ֔גֶב כִּ֚י בָּ֣א יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל דֶּ֖רֶךְ הָאֲתָרִ֑ים וַיִּלָּ֙חֶם֙ בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וַיִּ֥שְׁבְּ ׀ מִמֶּ֖נּוּ שֶֽׁבִי׃

AC	א וישמע הכנעני מלך ערד ישב הנגב כי בא ישראל דרך האתרים וילחם בישראל וישב ממנו שבי
ASV	And the Canaanite, the king of Arad, who dwelt in the South, heard tell that Israel came by the way of Atharim; and he fought against Israel, and took some of them captive.
BE	And it came to the ears of the Canaanite, the king of Arad, living in the South, that Israel was coming by the way of Atharim, and he came out against them and took some of them prisoners.
Darby	And the Canaanite king of Arad, who dwelt in the south, heard that Israel came by the way of Atharim, and he fought against Israel, and took some of them prisoners.
ELB05	Und der Kanaaniter, der König von Arad, der im Süden wohnte, hörte, daß Israel des Weges nach Atharim kam, und er stritt wider Israel und führte Gefangene von ihm hinweg.
